When a nation is led by a President in Poor Health—whether Physical, Cognitive, or otherwise—there is an obligation to be honest with the public. And what if the people entrusted with the responsibility to safeguard that truth allowed the country to be misled? What if the Vice President is Incapable to carry on the job like Kamala Harris and a majority of cabinet are?
